Academic Leadership & Administration
Professor Madaki has held significant administrative positions at Ahmadu Bello University. He has served as Dean of the Faculty of Law , Head of the Department of Private Law , and Deputy Director of the Institute of Administration.
University Governance
He is an active member in university governance, serving on the Ahmadu Bello University Governing Council and the University Senate. He has also contributed to numerous key bodies, including the Joint Council and Senate Committee on Senior Staff Disciplinary Matters.
National & Public Service
Professor Madaki serves on the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS). He has also been appointed to national NUC accreditation panels , the Kaduna State Law Reform Committee , and the Niger State Land Use and Allocation Committee.
Editorial Appointments
He contributes to legal scholarship as an Editor in Chief for the Annur Journal of Contemporary Issues in Sharia and Comparative Law and as a member of editorial and advisory boards for various publications, including the NIALS Journal of Health Law and Policy and the National Open University of Nigeria Law Journal.
